Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Fortress Windows & Doors Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

Fortress Windows & Doors Inc. provides professional window, door, and exterior installation services throughout Toronto and the GTA. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

Quotes and Pricing

Free quotes are estimates only and subject to change based on final measurements and site conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available (OAC).

Warranties

All installations come with our industry-leading warranty. Specific warranty terms will be provided with your service agreement and vary by product and manufacturer.

Liability

Fortress Windows & Doors Inc. is fully licensed and insured. We maintain liability insurance and WSIB coverage for your protection.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. Please review these terms before signing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
